Tickets for the Katherine Jenkins concert in Carrigaline Church, Cork were snapped up in minutes on Saturday morning.

Tickets went on sale at 8:40am (due to demand) with over 200 people queuing at the Carrigaline Court Hotel on Saturday morning for the December concert tickets. Queue extended out the door into the carpark, for tickets for the December concert.

A large queue formed from early morning at the Carrigaline Court Hotel and due to an unprecedented demand, tickets were restricted to just two per person, for the 1,000 seater venue, with 700 going on sale to the public on Saturday.

Before the Carrigaline concert, which is on December 16, at Church of Our Lady and St John, she will play two gigs at City Hall, which have already sold out.

For the City Hall performances, she will be accompanied by the 70-strong City of Cork Symphony Orchestra an a chorus of 100 singers selected from choirs across Cork city and county.
