This photo of ‘little orphan Annie’ will make you feel really old

Maybe far away, or maybe here nearby …

She is probably one of the most recognisable child actors of our time, little orphan Annie - the star of the 1982 musical Annie.

Although today, Aileen Quinn, now 46, is almost unrecognisable as the pint-sized freckled lovable rogue we all knew and loved.

Don't you feel old? We do, but where is she now I hear you ask?

Since her breakthrough role the actress dabbled in some voiceover work before going back to university for a degree in political science.

Although still acting part-time, Aileen now teaches Spanish and Acting in New Jersey as well as fronting the band ‘Aileen Quinn and the Leapin’ Lizards’.

We wonder if they do a cover of ‘You’re never fully dressed without a smile’?
