That awkward moment when Corrie actress corrects the RTÉ Guide

Even if you don’t watch the soaps, we’re pretty sure you’ve heard of Leanne Battersby, played by Jane Danson, in some way, shape or form.

Well, she has been walking the cobbles of Coronation Street for almost 20 years now.

Now, could someone tell the RTÉ Guide that?

The weekly magazine tweeted a feature from this week’s issue where they chat to the actress about an upcoming storyline - the only problem is they tagged rival soap Eastenders.

We chat to @bbceastenders star @RealJaneDanson as she tells us whats in store when Leanne Battersby announces her pregnancy!
