The 37-year-old talk show host spotted Chris thumbing a lift to the Super Bowl in San Francisco, and offered to drive him the 400 miles to his destination - as you do.

The duo belt out the British band's greatest hits along the way, as well as developing the most adorable bromance.

From buying matching hats, stopping for lemonade and being each other's big and little spoon, it’s a match made in celebrity heaven.

There’s even a romantic tandem bike ride thrown in.
