Hollywood rocked as power couple Kermit and Piggy split

Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy have announced they're separating after several decades as a couple.

But the Muppets have promised their TV work together will continue.

In a statement on Facebook, Miss Piggy confirmed they'd be 'seeing other people, pigs, frogs'.

Kermit then followed the post with this tweet:

Kermit's already thought to be dating another pig named Denise, who works in marketing.
