WATCH: The trailer for Robin Williams' final film has been released

The trailer for Robin Williams’ final film Boulevard has been released, and it’s almost too hard to watch.

In the film Williams plays a 60-year-old married man who struggles with both his depression - which the actor experienced himself - and his sexuality after falling in love with a gay prostitute.

The film will be his final dramatic big screen appearance following his tragic suicide on August 11 last year and by the looks of the trailer it is a tear-jerking tribute to his extraordinary talent and legendary reputation.

We applaud you if you make it right through to the end with getting emotional - we didn't.

Before his death, Williams described the movie as a "beautiful, sad movie" that was "powerful" experience.

Boulevard will be released in the US in July, although due to difficulty securing a distributor no UK/Irish date has been confirmed.
