Eric Clapton to celebrate 70th birthday with Madison Square gigs

Eric Clapton will celebrate his 70th birthday with two shows at New York’s Madison Square Garden in May.

The guitarist announced today that he will perform at the famed venue on May 1 and 2 to mark the milestone, which he reaches on March 30.
