Steep drop in US TV ratings for Oscars

There has been a steep drop in TV ratings for the Oscars in the US, where the number of viewers fell 16% from last year.
Industry magazine Variety said the average audience of 37 million was the lowest in six years.
Meanwhile, there have been lukewarm reviews for the ceremony's host Neil Patrick Harris.
He says he's happy though.
"It's a marathon, the Oscars. I was glad that the audience in the room seemed to ba having a good time, so I hope the audience at home did too," he said.
