Russell Crowe excites Dublin with special screening promise
Looks like we made a good impression on actor Russell Crowe when he visited our shores last March for the blockbuster premiere of Noah.
Turns out the Oscar winning actor is planning on returning to our Emerald Isle this March for a screening of The Water Diviner at Dublin's Savoy cinema with a Q&A after.
The film marks Crowe's directorial debut and has already been wildly acclaimed across the globe.
The New Zealander addressed the “good people of Dublin” in a tweet last night asking our thoughts on holding the special screening.
Ahem..I'd like to address the good people of Dublin. How about I screen #TheWaterDiviner on March 20th at the Savoy ? Q & A after? Thoughts?

The Water Diviner tells the story of an Australian farmer who travels to Turkey after the Battle of Gallipoli to search for his three missing sons.
