Robbie Keane and wife Claudine cheered on Hozier at last night's Grammy Awards

Irish footballer Robbie Keane and his wife Claudine Keane took to the Red Carpet last night at the 57th annual Grammy Awards.

The couple - who looked very Hollywood - got a VIP invite to the annual music awards, where they rubbed shoulders with the likes of Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Ed Sheeran and of course our very own Hozier

Claudine and Robbie, who only left Ireland at the end of January after the Christmas break, are based in LA, where Robbie plays for LA Galaxy.

The star-studded event was penciled in the couple's calender only days after the Irish footballer met US President Barack Obama.

“I spoke to him at length about Ireland and his Irish ancestry,” he posted on his Facebook page after the prestigious meeting.

“I ended our conversation as he had done in Dublin with the Irish translation of his 2008 campaign slogan; 'Is féidir linn' and he replied; 'Yes we can'”.
