Stephen Fry has been 'ditzy with dippiness' since getting married to Elliott Spencer

Stephen Fry has admitted he’s been floating on cloud 9 since tying the knot to Elliott Spencer last month.

The 57-year-old actor-and-presenter tied the knot with his boyfriend last month in a low-key ceremony in Norfolk, East England, and he admits he has been "bathing in a bath of bliss" since they wed.

"We 're very much in the Honeymoon stage still. "I'm dizzy with delirium and ditzy with dippiness. It's really thrilling; in Chaucerian English I'm bathing in a bath of bliss, it's just great," Stephen said.

The 'Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies' star has also revealed he and Elliott, 27, have had to delay their honeymoon until after he fulfills his hosting duties at the BAFTAs this Sunday.

"Our actual honeymoon will be after the BAFTAs when we go off to a secret location," he added in an interview on BBC Radio 2.

Stephen had previously revealed he and Elliot would jetting off for a four-week holiday beginning in Cuba.

"We're planning a huge adventure. We start in Cuba, where we've booked a romantic hideaway, and then go to about three or four more countries," he said.
