Remember that 'secret' Ed Sheeran gig? Here’s how to get tickets

Last week we told you about Ed Sheeran’s ‘not so secret anymore’ gig that will take place in Whelan’s pub Dublin later this month, and now we have those all important ticket details for you.

The Thinking Out Loud singer will perform the intimate gig for a crowd of 400 people at the Wexford Street venue, as part of a live broadcast for VH1’s Storytellers series.

So how do you get tickets?

Whelan’s pub have released a link to the Applause Store on their Twitter account whereby fans can register their interest in attending both the night performance and the dress rehearsal. These tickets will be then allocated at random.

Whelan's has also stated that the venue have no control over the ticketing and cannot take any special requests or queries into account. They've also stated that once the tickets have been allocated they cannot be resold.

The ticket application deadline is Friday at 5pm and the performance is strictly open to over 18s.

What are you waiting for?

Fingers and toes crossed guys!
