Noel: Liam should 'put his balls on the line' and make solo record

Noel Gallagher wants his brother Liam to make a solo album.

The 47-year-old musician - who was previously in Oasis with his younger sibling - thinks it is time the former Beady Eye frontman released a record of his own material now the band has split up.
