Justin Bieber has claimed his neighbour is lying over claims he threatened to kill him.

The 'Beauty and a Beat' singer is being investigated for battery following a heated verbal argument with a local resident at his Calabasas, California, home on Tuesday, which is thought to have stemmed from his "reckless" driving, but the pop star - who allegedly spat at the unidentified man and threatened to kill him - has insisted the confrontation never became physical.
