Bowie top of UK charts for first time in 20 years

David Bowie has scored his first number one album in the UK in 20 years with a record that is also the fastest selling of the year so far.

The 66-year-old’s new studio album 'The Next Day', his first new material in nearly a decade, is his first chart topper since 1993’s 'Black Tie White Noise', the UK's Official Charts Company said.
