Lohan 'definitely' facing trial

Lindsay Lohan will definitely have to go to trial.

The 26-year-old star won't receive any "special treatment" in her court case - after being charged with lying to police about driving her car during a crash last June - and despite her criminal defence attorney Mark Heller's attempts to reach a deal with the prosecutors, Los Angeles City Attorney Terry White is expecting her in court on Tuesday.
