The 'Turn Up The Music' star's probation - which stems from his violent assault on his on/off girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 - could be revoked after the Los Angeles Country District Attorney (D.A.) filed legal documents on Tuesday, accusing him of lying about performing community service in Virginia when he was really on a private jet to Cancun in Mexico.
