Chris Brown cancels concert after protests over Rihanna assault

Chris Brown has pulled out of a planned concert in Guyana following protests over his assault on Rihanna in 2009.

The ‘Don’t Wake Me Up’ singer was scheduled to perform in the South American country’s capital Georgetown on December 26 but after women’s rights groups and other protestors made it clear he would not be welcome, he decided to cancel.
