South Park to air episode with apparent Armstrong spoof

Animated satire South Park seems to have turned its attention to Lance Armstrong.

This week's episode, due to air tomorrow in the States, pokes fun at a disgraced icon who seems a lot like the cyclist, although Armstrong is not mentioned by name.

Armstrong has been stripped of his titles and banned for life for doping.

In the show, residents in the town queue up to have their yellow wristbands removed.

Comedy Central has released a clip in which one character is heard to say: "I don't know what to believe in anymore."
