Coroner confirms Scott died by suicide

Director Tony Scott's death has been confirmed as suicide.

The 'Top Gun' filmmaker jumped to his death from Vincent Thomas Bridge into the Los Angeles Harbor on August 19, 2012, and the coroner's report has now ruled on his cause of death, describing it as suicide, caused by blunt force injuries and drowning.
