Court jails man arrested outside Cyrus home

A man arrested outside Miley Cyrus' Los Angeles home has been sentenced to 18 months in jail.

Jason Luis Rivera was apprehended in September - reportedly armed with a pair of scissors - after police were called when he was found on Miley's property and found subsequently guilty of trespassing and running from police in court on Thursday.
