Corden to grill Robbie in new documentary
Robbie Williams will be grilled by James Corden in a new documentary.
The 'Angels' singer is set to answer some tough questions when he is interviewed by the comedian as part of an in-depth Sky1 programme called 'When Robbie met James'.
Robbie joked: "A proper grilling with my friend James? How could I resist?"
Close pal James will be quizzing him about his on-off rivalry with Take That bandmate Gary Barlow, his marriage to Ayda Field and becoming a father to baby Theodora 'Teddy' Rose as well as his struggles with addiction and past controversies.
Robbie will perform acoustic tracks from his latest album for James, who he has known for years.
The show will also include some never-before-seen footage of the star backstage at some of his favourite ever gigs, including Glasgow, Leeds and Southend.
'When Robbie met James' is part of a Robbie weekend special where Sky1 will also broadcast his upcoming London 02 gig.
The 90-minute documentary airs on November 24.
The singer recently revealed he was terrified of being a father for the first time and wanted to do a good job of it.
He said: "I've never been a pop star and a father [at the same time]. That's why I have no clue how to deal with this. I'm really scared.
"I don't want to be a bad father. I mean I never really took of myself. And now I have to take care of someone else."
