Ashton Kutcher is reportedly dragging out his divorce from Demi Moore.

The 34-year-old ‘Two And A Half Men’ star – who is currently the highest paid actor on TV and earns $700,000 (€543,647) per episode - is said to be refusing to budge on the financial terms of their separation and how they should divide their assets.
