Louis Smith has "blocked out" his 'Strictly Come Dancing' nerves.

The Olympic gymnast - who is teamed with Flavia Cacace on the BBC show - claims his training in sport has helped him deal with any anxiety he has about performing, but he is worried about how he will "sell" his routines to the watching audience.
