Lohan wants attack case reopened

Lindsay Lohan wants police to reopen their investigation into the man she claims attacked her.
The 'Liz & Dick' actress filed a report claiming she was choked and thrown to the floor by Christian LaBella after she confronted him for taking pictures of her in a New York City hotel room at the weekend but after police decided to drop all charges, Lindsay revealed she is furious and āin shockā.
She told the New York Postās Page Six: āHe isnāt going to get away with this. Iām in shock and it was a really scary situation.ā
However, Christianās uncle Peter Jessop insists his nephew is innocent and blasted Lindsayās mother Dina Lohan for her remarks about the incident.
He said: āHe doesnāt deserve this. Itās amazing that her mom said, āThank God he didnāt have a weaponā ā of course he didnāt have a weapon. Heās a good kid, heās worked for two congressmen. He just went to New York for the weekend. Hopefully this doesnāt cost him his job. He is in shock about how the media has twisted this story.ā
Lindsay had claimed Christian befriended someone in her group at 1 Oak nightclub with the intention of getting closer to her.
She said they later got into a heated physical argument after she found out he had taken more than 50 photographs of her and was emailing them to his friends.
Lindsay reported the incident to police at 4:30am on Sunday and alleged she was choked from behind and thrown on to the ground in her room at the W Hotel in Manhattan where she was staying with friends.
