Victoria Pendleton is struggling to cope with her gruelling 'Strictly Come Dancing' schedule.
The Olympic cyclist is reportedly being pushed to her limits by professional partner Brendan Cole, with the pair rehearsing a whopping 30 hours a week - 16 hours longer than the BBC bosses have recommended - and the sportswoman has broke down in tears more than once.
A source said: "Brendan has been pushing Victoria to the limit. Her body is in a delicate condition so soon after the Olympics. She has not been able to help crying at least twice.
"Their rivals are aware of what's going on and are trying to support her."
The brunette beauty, 32, is reportedly suffering from a back injury sustained during her training for the London 2012 Olympics - where she won gold in the keirin - and rehearsals are making it even more painful.
The source added to The Daily Mail newspaper: "Having a bad back can make hours and hours of dance training excruciating
"Victoria's desperate to perform well but she doesn't want to do herself any long-term damage. Brendan is pretty uncompromising because he knows this is his best chance of winning again."
Despite this, it seems that Brendan is impressed with Victoria's abilities.
He tweeted: "A cracking rehearsal session with the Pendleton! Very impressed with her today. Feel like a proud dad! (sic)"
