Bynes skips hearing for motoring offences

Amanda Bynes skipped her hearing with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) yesterday.

The 26-year-old star was formally charged on Friday with two counts of driving on a suspended licence after two incidents at Burbank Airport in California and while her attorney defended her, Amanda chose to remain in New York where she is launching a fashion range after quitting acting.
