Police arrest stalker at Cyrus's home

A 40-year-old man claiming to be married to Miley Cyrus has been arrested at her home.

Jason Luis Rivera, who claims to have been friends with the 19-year-old singer for five years, climbed over a fence at the blonde beauty's €3.7m gated mansion in Los Angeles, where he turned up with a pair of black and green scissors.
