A BBC presenter unwittingly did a brilliant Ron Burgundy impression yesterday while reading from the autocue during the early morning live broadcast,

Gavin Grey was reading from the teleprompter when the words 'pause for effect' appeared.

You can imagine what happened next.

He managed to recover with aplomb, however, and moved on as if nothing had happened - save for the sheepish grin on his face.
