If you’re struggling after the weekend this Monday morning, just watch this adorable video of a little guy showing what he’s made of at a Tae Kwon Do class.

Filmed at the Peak Taekwondo & Fitness Center in Temecula, California, the video shows Rohan in the middle of a test to earn his white belt - one of his tasks is to kick through a training board

He struggles but doesn’t give up and, along with encouragement from his instructor, tries everything he can to get that board to break.
