Filmed somewhere in Northern Brazil, the video shows the madcap idea in action - achingly slowly, they attempt to load a car onto a ship using two slender wooden planks.

We don't know what's more amazing - that people thought this would be a good idea or that it actually worked.

Rural ingenuity at its finest.
