VIDEO: Man jumps on exercise ball, the inevitable happens

A man took it upon himself to jump onto an exercise ball and try to balance on it, except it didn’t work out that way.

If that wasn't bad enough, he got his friend to film his "awesomeness".

The YouTube clip, uploaded by James O'Loughlin, explains: "It took me about 5 minutes before I built up the courage just to jump on the ball. My mind said no, but my ego said do it pussy! I started learning it with my hands on the ball and then started getting better at it. I wanted my friend to record my awesomeness… Well, not so awesome for me, but fun to watch!"

Yes, it is fun to watch.
