This 77-year-old weightlifting grandmother is an inspiration

Murphy started lifting weights just five years ago when she saw a poster for a completion at a local YMCA. An employee told her to go for it and she did.
Now she can lift twice her body weight, do one-handed pull-ups, one-handed push-ups and more.
She says her strength is all-natural and that she eats what she wants - sometimes Pizza Hut washed down by rum and cranberry.
And while she is very sweet, do not mess with her.
"They see I'm old and I'm not being pushed around in a wheelchair," she said.
"I can shovel my own snow. And I can push my car if it gets stuck in the snow... I'm almost 80 years old and I am still living life."
