Ever wanted to go mountain biking but felt unsure as to how you'd fare?

Well, take a look at this exilarating video which shows the hills, slopes and thrills of mountain biking in one of the most beautiful settings around.

The video features bikers Mikey Cusack and Seamus Ryan ripping up the track on a trip to the Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trail on the border of Limerick and Cork.

With a camera strapped to the handlebars of one of the bikes, you'll almost feel every bump and wince at the speed of these guys as you watch.
