Movember is off to a flying start with this Aer Lingus ’Mo’ plane

The airline has unveiled their latest tash-tastic recruit: Des, the Mo Plane.

Lauren Konopacz was among the first passengers at Dublin Airport to be ferried by Des, which she described on Twitter as a "hipster plane".

Des's makeover was documented on the company's Twitter, Vine and Snapchat accounts.

They removed the plane's nose to begin the transformation.

Social media users were delighted to meet Des, and many praised the #MoPlaneon Twitter.

Some wondered if other airlines would follow suit.

While we wait to see, we'll pass the time telling some jokes.

We moustache you a question... Never mind, we'll shave it for later.
