Kermit gets drenched for ALS and passes the baton to Ricky Gervais

Kermit The Frog is the latest showbiz star to get covered in ice for a good cause and the first (he says) to do it “absolutely naked”.

The loveable Muppet was nominated by WWE’s Vince McMahon for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge who laid down the gauntlet to the “pesky amphibian”.

Kermit explained the, erm, challenges he faced as an amphibian in taking up the challenge, but continued anyway after 10 bags of ice were delivered to his swamp.
