O’Carroll on cloud nine after Bafta prize glory

Brendan O’Carroll’s new Bafta award is to make its stage debut in Cardiff tonight.

The Mrs Brown’s Boys stage show is opening in the city’s Motor Point Theatre and running until Sunday, with 36,000 people attending. All tickets are sold out.

The Dublin-born funnyman is still on cloud nine after winning the award for best sitcom at the Baftas on Sunday.
