All Together Now FAQ: Lineup, access roads, weather, cashless bars, alcohol allowance...

The sold-out seventh chapter of All Together Now festival will see 35,000 festival-goers descend on Curraghmore Estate in Co Waterford this bank holiday weekend.
The festival, which will take place from Thursday, July 30 to Monday, August 3, will see performers such as Kneecap, Pulp, Disclosure, Annie Mac and Christy Moore take to stages across the site.
Here is what you need to know ahead of your visit to this year’s festival.
Festivalgoers are spoiled for choice at this year’s All Together Now, with more than 300 international and Irish acts taking to 18 stages across Curraghmore Estate at the weekend.
After record demand for ATN25, this year’s lineup is stacked with legendary icons, breakout names, and a strong Irish contingent – close to 50% of the lineup is Irish.
Headliners this year include Kneecap, Pulp, Underworld and Disclosure.
Pulp will headline Friday night, their first headline festival in 15 years in Ireland, bringing Britpop classics and Jarvis’ unmistakable stage presence to All Together Now. Other highlights on Friday include For Those I Love, Gurriers, Cardinals, Denver Cuss, HANK and Mount Pyrus.
Kneecap will headline their first-ever All Together Now festival on Saturday, taking to the main stage from 11.30pm. Other highlights on Saturday include Muireann Bradley, Christy Moore, Sophia Stel, Ezra Collective, Kae Tempest, and DJ sets from DJ Nobu, The Avalanches, and Joy Orbison.
Electronic pioneers Underworld return to All Together Now, making it a hat trick of appearances, and will headline on Sunday night, taking to the stage from 10pm. Other highlights across the day include Ms Dynamite, Anna Von Hausswolff, Soichi Terada, Kean Kavanagh, Barrington Levy, and Dr John Cooper Clarke.
Special guests are also being announced in the lead-up to the festival, with Mano Le Tough revealed earlier this week as the first special guest.
A native Irishman and former resident of Berlin and Zürich, Le Tough has become a unique and important voice in today’s vibrant electronic music landscape.
While a very limited number of tickets became available this week due to unfulfilled installment tickets, they were quickly snapped up and the festival is once again officially sold out.
Festival goers are strongly advised to avoid purchasing tickets or campervan passes from unauthorised sellers. Festival organisers have advised that they have received a significant number of messages from people who have been scammed when trying to buy tickets through unofficial channels, particularly through a Facebook group claiming to resell tickets for our events.
Organisers said that they cannot help people recover any lost money or guarantee entry to the event if tickets are purchased from unverified sources.

This year’s festival will see the return of many loved areas across the All Together Now site, including Born Social, Comedy at the Well, FLOURISH, Hidden Sounds, and the All Together Now Banquet.
New to this year’s line-up is The Síbín’s with Hometree, a celebration of nature, local culture and belonging.
Inspired by the Irish word dinnseanchas - the stories a place is telling - The Síbín’s with Hometree will host conversations with ecologists, farmers, artists and musicians, alongside powerful short films, immersive installations, trad sessions, woodland walks and Ciorcal Comhrás across the weekend.
The Big Romance Dome with Altos is another new addition – an intimate, spherical tent focused on great sound, minimal lighting and a ground-level booth, keeping festival-goers on the dancefloor all weekend.
Early entry to the site is open to all ticketholders, and festivalgoers are encouraged to beat the rush by arriving on Thursday evening.
The car park will open from 2pm, the campsite will open from 4pm and last entry will be 10pm.
From Friday to Sunday, the car park and campsites will open from 9am daily. The site will close at 12 noon on Monday.
Festival-goers are advised not to follow Google Maps or sat nav, as it will not get you all the way to the festival site. Use the directions on the ATN website and follow the festival signage as soon as you see it.
Motorists coming from the southwest will be directed left off the N25 at Lemybrien.
Motorists will use the R676 road, traveling north, then joining the event traffic at Crehana Junction of R676 - R677.
From Dublin & North & East via M9 and N25 West:
Travel the M9 to its end at Grannagh. Proceed towards the N25 (west towards Cork) via the N25 Interchange. At the N25 Kilmeaden Interchange (Carrick Road Roundabout), motorists will be directed right at the roundabout towards the R680 through the town of Portlaw. In Portlaw, you will be directed out the Clonegam Road and enter via Gate 6 for access to the car park.
Travel the M9 to its end at Grannagh. Proceed towards the N25 (west towards Cork) via the N25 Interchange. At the N25 Kilmeaden Interchange (Carrick Road roundabout) motorists will be directed right at the roundabout towards the R680 through the town of Portlaw. In Portlaw, you will be directed out the Clonegam Road.
Travel East along the N24. You will then turn right at Kilsheelan onto the R680. At the end of the R680, south of Carrick-on-Suir, turn right at the T-Junction with the R676. You will then continue along this regional road and be directed left to the R677 towards Gate 5 (General).
Major traffic jams are expected along the country roads leading to the festival site, so organisers are urging those driving to follow recommended routes. They urge attendees not to follow Sat Nav or Google Maps directions, and to follow signs for All Together Now instead.

Bus Éireann is running services to and from the festival site, leaving from Custom House Quay in Dublin, Parnell Place Bus Station in Cork and Waterford Bus Station. There is also the option of the train for any routes that stop in Waterford Plunkett. Visit alltogethernow.ie/expressway for more information.
All private buses will be directed to Gate 4 regardless of their route origin and will exit the same route as they entered the site.
Bike racks are located next to Car Park 4 for those who choose to cycle to the festival. Cyclists are urged to follow staff directions once they enter the site.
There are no designated pedestrian routes to the festival; any local patrons are advised to use the shuttle bus to the festival.
No drop-offs are permitted on site on Thursday, Friday or Monday.
Taxis or private drop-offs are asked to go to the free shuttle pick-up/drop-off zone at Highfield Business Park, Portlaw (N25 Kilmeaden Interchange). Ticket holders will then get the free shuttle bus to the festival.

Those leaving the festival on Saturday or Sunday by taxi or private car are advised to ask their driver to head to Gate 4 where staff will direct them to the bus drop-off/taxi pick-up area.
The campervan/caravan field opens at 12.30pm on Thursday. Camping in tents is not permitted in this field. Gas cylinders are not permitted anywhere in the campsite, including campervans. No gazebos, generators, or electrical hookups are allowed. Sleeping in cars in the car park is strictly prohibited.
Mobile tickets are to be downloaded directly to your phone. There is no need to print or search through your emails as you can find them in your Ticketmaster account and on the app, or save them to your mobile wallet.
What many people will probably be most concerned about is how much alcohol they can bring with them. All Together Now has a limit of either 24 cans, one litre of spirits or 1.5 litre of wine for personal consumption. People are reminded that there will be no re-entry with alcohol allowed once wristbanded. No single-use plastic bottles or glass are permitted, and people are advised to use reusables.
The festival organisers recommend bringing necessities for any weather event – though the forecast this weekend would suggest sun cream and sunglasses, rather than the traditional festival waterproof gear. Most importantly, you will need to bring your ticket, as well as photo ID, a reusable water bottle, a sleeping bag, tent, toilet roll, bank card and toiletries.
No glass bottles are permitted, with the All Together Now team also asking festival-goers to leave any single-use plastic bottles behind and to decant their alcohol into reusable containers.
Festival-goers are not permitted to cook onsite or bring any BBQ or gas cookers. Organisers have warned that gazebos are banned and will be removed by staff.
The festival is a fully cashless event.

There will be phone charging facilities available on site throughout the weekend, but packing a powerbank is a good idea.
Toilets will be located throughout the campsites and festival arenas, and showers will be located in the campsites.
A varied selection of food stalls will be on-site, as well as a supermarket.
Thursday will be a bright day with sunny spells and scattered showers. Friday will also be bright with sunny spells and temperatures of between 15 and 21 degrees. Saturday will remain mostly dry with sunny spells and isolated light showers with highest temperatures of 17 to 21 degrees. Current indications suggest that Sunday will be a cloudier day with outbreaks of rain and drizzle, with highest temperatures of 17 to 21 degrees.
