The Netflix cheating contract everyone needs to stick on the fridge

There is an unspoken rule among millennials that one member of the party may never, under any circumstances, proceed onto the next episode without the other.

It's just the rule and it’s called Netflix Cheating.

A survey from 2017 revealed 18% of streaming couples have actually had a verbal argument over Netflix cheating whilst 4% believe that Netflix cheating is worse than having an actual affair.

We know yeah, disgraceful carry-on.

In a bid to solve the problem, Netflix has drafted a simple contract with the aim of barring streaming couples from cheating on each other.

The contract, which was posted by Netflix on Facebook has clauses that prevent a couple from falling sleeping while watching a show together, using their phone, requesting for a rewind for missing something while distracted, continuing watching the show in the absence of your partner, talking or sharing spoilers.

Because couples who stream together, stay together, right?
