The 10-year-old cousin of Scarlett and Jason Faulkner, Christopher, is “showing amazing progress” following a road traffic incident last month.
Christopher was in critical condition after a two-vehicle collision in Antrim on Sunday, April 26.
Callum Hutchinson, 16, from Borrisokane, North Tipperary, was killed in the crash. He was a passenger in the same car as Christopher.
The driver of the other car has been charged with several offences, including causing death due to dangerous driving.

The tragedy came as the Faulkner family, from Longpavement, Limerick, were already grieving the loss of siblings Scarlett and Jason.
On Sunday, a prayer vigil was held for Christopher in Ballynanty, after an update on his condition was shared on social media with the permission of the Faulkner family.
“Christopher was involved in a horrific crash and his family were told he had catastrophic injuries. Thirteen days ago this crash happened and the beautiful Callum lost his life and gained his wings in heaven.
“As of today Christopher is showing amazing progress , so good that the doctors are stunned. The doctors have no answer only that Christopher is an actual miracle thank you God and our Blessed Lady.”
The boy has been transferred to a hospital in Dublin and is doing well.
The family thanked the public for their prayers and well wishes.
Scarlett Faulkner, aged 29, died in Cork University Hospital three weeks after she was assaulted at the side of the road in Birdhill on March 21.
Her older brother Jason, aged 34, was a pallbearer at Scarlett's funeral. He tragically died two days later on April 19.
