WATCH: Fermoy celebrates opening of new Gaelscoil de hÍde

Although Gaelscoil de hÍde has been occupied by staff and pupils for over a year, the official opening of the Fermoy school was only celebrated last Friday.

The school is going from strength to strength but securing a new building for almost 400 pupils had been a hard-fought challenge, effectively over several decades.
