People are selling loaves of bread on Done Deal amid shortage
Supermarkets across the country have completely sold out of 'the essentials' as locals prepare for Storm Emma.
Not a loaf of bread, a pint of milk or bag of spuds insight in some counties.
Tesco, Dundrum.

And as a country of chancers, the lucky people who have managed to get their hands on a fresh loaf of bread have been auctioning it off on the various social media platform.
Some have even been posting ads on Done Deal.

A ‘seller’ from Kilmallock in Co. Limerick has listed ¾’s of a loaf for €135, while an entire loaf of Pat the Baker bread for €1,500.
A bargain, really.

“Top of the range bread, can’t find [it] anywhere in Ireland. You won’t get a better offer,” reads the description.
“Buy today and receive a free, yes free, 1-litre bottle of milk”.

It’s alright lads, Amy Huberman said she'd bring us some back from England.
Lads there’s still bread in England. Will I wedge a few slice pans in my wheelie and get them home? pic.twitter.com/KZNSVoAosU
