RTÉ presenter in search of Ireland's Fittest Kid after receiving adorable letter

RTÉ’s Irelands Fittest Family has proven successful since it first aired on our television screens and it turns out the TV show also attracts a younger audience,  writes Breda Graham.

RTÉ received a letter written by a 10-year-old fan of the show from the Castleknock area and are now in search of the little girl to give her a Christmas surprise.

In the letter, she asks if the national broadcaster could make Ireland’s Fittest Kid and asks for five places in the competition.

She does have one special request however, to "make the things smaller and lighter."

The cutest.

The show’s presenter Mairead Ronan took to twitter to share a picture of the handwritten letter and request help in the search for a Fitzgerald family from the Castleknock area whose little girl might have written it.

Lets hope she is found and receives her Christmas surprise.
