Monopoly helpline launched to prevent game-related fights

Ah, the annual Christmas fight over Monopoly.

Great isn’t it, until someone’s blood boils and the board ends up strewn across the floor.

Monopoly bosses have set up a Christmas helpline to prevent these fights.

Craig Wilkins, Marketing Director of Hasbro UK & Ireland said: "We'll have experts on hand with the official rulebooks to instantly settle any disputes, and advice on how to resolve common complaints, with each person also having the opportunity to make a donation to Childline when they call."

It will be open from December 24 to 26 and families or friends will be able to avail of a mediation service for any game-based arguments.
