U2 sent a musical tribute to TXFM before they finished broadcasting last night

Fair play lads.

Yesterday was the final day of broadcast for the indie/alternative radio station TXFM which has been on our airwaves, in one form or another since 1996.

Almost two decades of banter and music came to a close last night, but not before a special tribute from U2 was played on the airwaves.
