Video shows dramatic moment haybales fall from truck in Ardee

Luckily, no one was hurt.

There was drama on the streets of Ardee early on Wednesday morning when bales of hay stacked on the back of a truck collided with a telephone pole, knocking it over and disrupting the wires.

Haybales also fell from the truck, breaking windows and knocking in doors. The incident took place at about 6.45 yesterday morning on Bridge Street.
