Toddler copies Rocky's training montage

Zack Magilavy's son Charlie may still be in nappies but that hasn't stopped him from emulating the training montage from Rocky II.

The Baby Balboa has been watching the two minute clip - and training - for the last year and has got the routine down.

Should we be worried that a baby is fitter than we are?

Zack, from Ohio, posted the footage on July 6 - Sylvester Stallone's birthday - and the man himself even shared it on his Twitter.

Oh and if anyone is worried about a tot watching Rocky, Zack says they "do not allow him to watch the fight scenes".

Probably for the best.
