Being stuck on a plane with a crying baby can be a nightmare but it's worse for the poor parents who are trying their best to sooth them.

Christina Galese was on a flight to Orlando recently and had an encounter with a young family that were determined to pre-empt any tension between their kids and their fellow passengers.
