It took him days to build. It took the kid seconds to destroy it.

Man spends three days building Lego statue for display, child immediately destroys it

A recent LEGO exhibition in Ningbo, China saw a very cool LEGO brick rendering of Nick, the crafty fox from the recent Disney film Zootopia, put on display.

ShanghaiIst reports that the brick artist, known as Mr. Zhao, spent three days, crafting the human-sized piece out of roughly €13,600 worth of Lego and documented the painstaking process on his social media.

It was put on display behind a velvet rope at the exhibition and Mr. Zhao proudly posed for a photo with his creation.

And then only one hour after the exhibition opened, a kid came and knocked it down.

Because, of course.

That hurts to look at.

Although understandably disappointed, Mr. Zhao reportedly refused offers of financial compensation from the child's apologetic parents, saying he understood it was an unfortunate accident and more should have been done to protect the piece from the public.

Which is incredibly big of him. We're not sure if we could have been that magnanimous.
