Comedian Ross Browne pranks Enda Kenny in Cork
Cork comedian Ross Browne pulled a prank on our Taoiseach lately when he met him at Cork’s 96fm radio station.
The funny man lured Mr Kenny in with a false sense of security telling him he was a “big fan,” but Ross was all hooked up to a mic to do a gag for a sketch he does every morning on Cork’s 96fm.
Enda seemed delighted to meet the young man –until after a brief conversation it became clear that there was a case of mistaken identity.
After a quick chat about ‘his famous phrase: you’re fired,” and disagreeing with his comments on the Mexicans a confused Enda told him he seemed to have him mixed up with presidential candidate Donald Trump.
Ross feigned a genuine apology saying: “Oh Jesus sorry, I just saw the comb-over and thought- sorry about that!”
Cheeky chap!
